Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after deduction of applicable platform fees, taxes and payment gateway charges.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Appointments cancelled by the healthcare provider.
  • Duplicate or failed transactions where the service was not availed.

Non-Refundable Charges

Platform fees, applicable taxes and payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
